His blunt Yorkshire detective, DCI Tommy Middlebrass, and his loyal sidekick, DS Gemma Price, step off the page to investigate another baffling case.
As fiction and reality begin to blur, a colourful cast of characters, unexpected twists and plenty of comic confusion keep the audience guessing.
